Property sale settlement between Sadri Khan Akhtar al-Saltanah and Zinat al-Zaman Khanum and Mirza Hashim Khan Fath al-Mulk, 1929
In this settlement, Sadri Khan Khanum Akhtar al-Saltanah (daughter of Muhammad Hasan Khan Fath al-Mulk and wife of Mirza Asad Allah Khan Qavam Lashkar) and Zinat al-Zaman Khanum (wife of Mirza Ibrahim and daughter-in-law of Muhammad Hasan Khan Fath al-Mulk) transfer all their properties to Mirza Hashim Khan Fath al-Mulk. Akhtar al-Saltanah transfers her paternal inheritance and a property (gained through a transaction with Aqa Mirza Ismaʻil Khan) to her brother, Mirza Hashim Khan Fath al-Mulk. Settlement concerning Qamar Taj Shams Aʻ zam's assets ,1924
In this settlement, Qamar Taj Shams Aʻzam, daughter of Amir Husayn Khan Nasir Nizam and wife of Aqa Mirza Ahmad Khan Muʼayyad al-Mulk, transfers her assets to Husayn Quli Khan Arfaʻ al-Mulk, the minor son of her husband. According to this settlement, Shams Aʻzam has the right to abrogate this settlement within 50 years. She abrogated the settlement on May 28, 1928.
